We no longer have our trolley car for catering. We do traditional off-premise catering in your home, outside in your back yard, or at a venue.  We do buffet setups with two delivery options; a non-service option (drop off/setup/select day pickup of our equipment) or a service option (delivery, setup, service staff for the event, breakdown and cleanup).  Pricing varies on date, location, # of guests and time of event. Email with your event details to get a quote.

Non-service Option:  


Delivery, Setup, Buffet Equipment & Décor, *Pickup: $295.00** +  (fee varies on location and date/time of event)

*Delivery option entails the delivery, setup of the buffet menu on client provided table, all buffet equipment needed (chafing dishes/sterno), cold items in real dishes), any buffet décor and props according to season or theme discussed, and pickup of all our equipment within three days after event. Customer is responsible for breaking down the buffet and putting aside all equipment for caterer to pick up on mutually agreed date within three days after event)


Service Option:


Delivery, Setup, Buffet Equipment & Décor, Service Staff, Breakdown & Cleanup: $490.00** +  (fee varies on how many servers are needed, location and date/time of event) ** **Service Option entails the delivery, setup of the buffet menu on client provided table, all buffet equipment needed (chafing dishes/sterno), cold items in real dishes), any buffet décor and props according to season or theme discussed, a staff member staying on the job for 3 hour period, monitoring buffet, and/or serving the main entrees from the buffet to the guests, walking around picking up used plates/drinks, cutting/serving/handling desserts, breaking down buffet, packing any leftovers up for client, removing all catering equipment, leaving the property in clean order as when we arrived.  Client is able to be a guest at their own party.

NOTE: The bar packages come with EVERYTHING needed for a bar except the alcohol. Client supplies all alcohol and Aquilante's supplies all non-alcohol beverages and accommodations to go with the appropriate bar package selected.  Full Bar is for if a client is serving beer, wine and liquor and Limited Bar is for if a client is serving beer and wine only, no liquor

**Discounts may apply to your event when choosing a bar package with our service package.
